Our Story

First things first… let’s share the M.A.D.D. story! Chef Mark is very passionate about his career in culinary arts. But as we all know, family is everything. This is how he came up with M.A.D.D. Mark’s.

Chef Mark and his wife Daria have three kids. Demyd is the oldest along with their twins Mary and Amelia. This is where M.A.D.D. Mark’s came to life!

Chef Mark Khudyak is a graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu program, where he started in 2001 with a degree in Culinary Arts and returned in 2013 to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Management.

He has gained a wealth of experience from working in fine dining and casual locations around Cincinnati. One of his most memorable experiences was working Super Bowl XLVI in Indianapolis in 2012.
